WHERE CAN I BUY THIS PRODUCT?

Customers in the United States can find most Haulathon products in select Target stores and online at Target.com.

International customers can order Haulathon products directly from Haulathon.com. See the list of countries below. Please be sure to check the FAQs on each product detail page for more information.

WHY CAN I ONLY PURCHASE TWO OF EACH PRODUCT?

We want to give everyone a chance to purchase and experience the joy of #Haulathon!

ONCE ITEMS SHIP, WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

For domestic orders, please see Target.com.

For international orders from Haulathon.com, orders will ship within 2-6 days of ordering.

Shipping estimates vary per country. You will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Haulathon Customer Service.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE AN UPDATE TO MY ORDER?

You can contact our customer support team at help@haulathon.com.  Please note, once orders begin processing, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

For international orders, we do not charge sales tax.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you after order is shipped, which will include a tracking number. If you do not see your order tracking email information, please check your junk or spam folders.

We recommend creating an account on Haulathon.com. You will need to create a new account even If you had previously created one on Costumes.com. Your account will allow you to see the status of your order. If you have additional questions, please reach out to Haulathon Customer Service with your order number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All Sales are FINAL for Haulathon.com products. We are not accepting returns.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGES:

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the delivery of the package may be delayed. An order with Premium or Express shipping may be delayed if only a PO Box is provided.

If your order is sent back to us as undeliverable and you still need your order, we can assist you. Your order may be subject to a $15 charge. You can pay to reship the order with an updated address via the shipping level desired. You can place a new order to ensure it arrives by your event date. We will refund your original order (minus original shipping charge.)
